 Hot-Air Stocker Spesifications
1.Filling Fuel: Fuel depot
can be filled by any type of fuel which can pass through depot
sieve.CAUTION:Dont remove depot sieve.If you try to put large
rough materials it causes to reductor,engine and helix problems.
2.Setting on Fire: Setting
on fire process may start when fuel fit to level of burning
holes.
3.FUEL: Fuel supplying can
be done By arranging time relay according to calorie and burning
state of fuel.
4. Fuel amount should be set not to cause
overflow and this amount must be enough to start setting of
fire.
5. In the period of working
days fuel depot should not be empty.This causes to need pre-ignition.
CAUTION : Main factor of this situation is filling fuel while
depot sieve has been removed .

MALFUNCTION REASONS:
a-) If Inner Heat is low and Machine
is not operating :
Control the elektric inputs of panel above the stove.Maybe
there is missing fanner.And control turning direction of these
fanners.
b-)If Machine is operating but not
taking fuel :
Maybe fuel was humid.In this case fuel jams and does
not pass through the helix axle. Maybe rough material closed
the way.Empty fuel depot and put dry fuel.
c-)If electricity ok and coal cauldron
is normal :
Control thermics in the panel.Try to reset system.If it repeats
system should be controlled by expert electirician.
Fuel Type : Fuels pointed
in the user manual are preferred.Prina,olive pips, coal breeze
should be used.If you want to use another type of fuel please
contact to GUVENTAV.
Cauldron care : Stove must
be cleaned from ashes daily.Honeycomb must be cleaned fornightly.
Each month oil of reductor engine must be controlled.
